# What is the difference between the Trial and Registered versions?

In the trial version, incoming messages display only the first 10 characters, and all outgoing messages include a promotional prefix. There are no other functional limitations.

# How does SMS Deliverer work?

SMS Deliver is PC software installed on a computer. It sends messages through a mobile phone or modem connected to a computer.

# Which mobile phone brands does SMS Deliverer support?

SMS Deliverer supports GSM dongles, modem, modem pool & bank, as well as Android devices. We highly recommend using USB dongles (e.g., HUAWEI, ZTE, WAVECOM) for optimal stability.

# How can i know my phone/modem is suitable for SMS Deliverer?

SMS Deliverer already integrate 'Phone Detector' feature on tool bar. Connected your phone/modem on your PC then click 'update all' button, if SMS Deliverer detected all parameters of your phone/modem, congratulations, it means you can use your phone/modem to start SMS campaign. Note: please make sure you already installed correct driver for your phone/modem before you start use it.

# What is the difference among different editions?

Enterprise edition support to connect multiple modems/phones, Ultimate edition support connect Android phone to send both SMS and MMS. Standard edition only support single modem/phone.

# Is sending SMS free of charge?

No. Since the software sends messages through your own mobile phone or GSM modem, costs are determined by your network provider's SMS plan.

# How many message can I send per hour?

The speed depends on your network and the length of the message: For a 2G GSM network, it's about 600 per hour. For a 2.5G GSM network, it's about 900 per hour. For a 3G GSM/WCDMA network, it's about 1800 per hour.

# Is there a limit on how many SMS messages can be sent, e.g. per day?

SMS Deliverer does not restrict the number of messages in any way. However, the network provider may limit your possibilities, for example if you use a prepaid account or anti spam rule is triggered. If you want to send more SMS per day, please connect multiple modems or phones.

# Does SMS Deliverer mulitple ports modem pool?

Yes, it full support all 8,16 or 32 port GSM modems. You can get higher sending speed by use multiple ports GSM modem.

# The phone/modem locks up after sending a lot of messages in succession, or returns errors like error code "CMS ERROR: 301" (SMS service of phone reserved).?

This is probably a timing issue. The messages are sent too fast and the phone/modem can't catch up with it. Try a delay of one or more seconds before sending the next message. More GSM errors please view here.

The command line interface is for developers for SMS automation, SMS Integration, SMS Web Integration and SMS Application Integration.

# How do I configure the SMS delivery frequency?

By default, SMS Deliverer sends at maximum speed. To avoid carrier restrictions, you can enable "discontinuous sending" under Options -> Send. A random pause interval is also supported.

# How can I limit the sending of SMS on each SIM card?

# How does SMS Deliverer protect data privacy?

SMS Deliverer software use a project file on local hard disk to store all messages. No internet required. No data uploading.
