# Run SMS Deliverer as SMPP server

The SMPP Server feature upgrades SMS Deliverer into an enterprise-grade SMS Gateway solution. By supporting the standard SMPP v3.4 protocol, it allows external applications (such as CRM, ERP, or monitoring systems) to connect as ESME. This enables you to bridge your existing SMPP-based software with physical GSM modem pools, allowing you to build a private, secure, and controllable SMS delivery pipeline locally without relying on expensive third-party cloud gateways.

Attention: DON'T run software as client and server at same time and connect itself on a same computer, it will cause dead loop!

# 1. Predefine SMPP server port and click button 'Start server', as default both user name and password are 'admin' , click button 'User Management' to manage users.

Configure SMPP server settings and account credentials in SMS Deliverer

# 2. Open any SMPP Client software, input correct IP address, port, user name and password.

# 3. Any message sent by SMPP client will be transfered to outbox to send by connected modem or cell phone.

# 4. Any incoming messages will transfer to SMPP client.

# 5. Delivery report: once message be sent, software will send delivery report to connected SMPP client.
