# Why print SMS?

The Automatic SMS Printing feature in SMS Deliverer enables real-time conversion of inbound text messages into physical receipts or labels. By configuring keyword triggers, the system automatically extracts key data to drive thermal printers, generating labels with unique serial numbers, timestamps, or custom content. This solution is widely used for automated dispatch, queuing systems, and logistics tracking, providing a seamless "SMS-to-Label" automation without manual intervention.

# Use Cases

  • Retail & Food Delivery: When a customer sends an order via SMS, the system automatically prints the kitchen receipt in the background.

  • Security Verification: Print anti-counterfeiting labels containing unique security codes or serial numbers.

  • Queuing Systems: Customers send a command to request a number, and the system automatically prints a queuing ticket/slip.
